Cooperation between students, lecturers and business representatives through carrying applied research and participating in discussions on management, economics, law, communication and information as well as other issues essential for the academic community.
The conference welcomes lecturers, students and business representatives from Lithuania and abroad.

Presentation submission: by 30 April 2025
Presented in PowerPoint or other format as approved by the conference organizers.
Paper submission: by 7 May 2025
Participants must register to make presentations at the conference and submit the presentation to the conference organizers by the due date. Presentation time is up to 10 minutes. Presentation languages are Lithuanian or English. Presenters will receive certificates, and the best will be awarded.
All submitted manuscripts, that meet the requirements, will be reviewed and published in online Conference Proceedings (ISSN: 2538-7669).

Martas Tankevičius
This creator, entrepreneur, and visionary inspires people to pursue bold changes. His goal is to help others discover and realize their passions, making life rich with meaning and creativity. He is the founder of Akių Fotografija, the first business of its kind in Lithuania, as well as the author of a documentary about his entrepreneurial journey. His work has already inspired thousands to take action and chase their dreams. In his talk, he will share his success story, insights on the courage to take action, and how believing in oneself enables a life built around one’s passion.
Rugilė Matusevičiūtė
Climate and environmental journalist, member of the Oxford University climate journalism program, ambassador of the European Union’s climate pact. Rugilė has created more than 200 episodes on sustainability and environmental topics and currently hosts the show “Ministry of Sustainability” on Žinių Radio.
Minna Heikinheimo
Senior lecturer at Tampere University of Applied Sciences and a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Eastern Finland. Her teaching and research interests include technology use (e.g. digital platforms and AI) in B2B sales, digital capability-building and digital transformation in small and medium-sized KIBS firms. Her published articles can be found for instance in the Industrial Marketing Management journal. In the past, she has worked over 20 years in various business management positions in ICT service and manufacturing industries and as a start-up entrepreneur in educational mobile games industry in Finland and in China.
